Working for close to twenty years with professional chefs and consulting with food companies and restaurants, I have learned how to share the science of food and nutrition so that chefs can use their talents to develop delectable products, recipes, and menus.

Consuming the right nutrition for athletic performance is a specialized segment of nutrition. As a CSSD I provided nutrition guidance to the NFL St Louis Rams and the Washington University Bears. Athletes need concrete guidance to maximize their training and my credentials and experience made me a good fit for both groups.
